What a journey this has been ! I have been up and down... and back up again....nothing more than about 10-15 lbs,...but enough for me to notice and to not have my clothes fit me. The past 18 months have been tough - my husband not feeling well has caused me to put my health and well being on the back burner. But not anymore!! I cannot let another year go by without claiming my life ...

The past 18 months have been tough - my husband not feeling well has caused me to put my health and well being on the back burner. But not anymore!! I cannot let another year go by without claiming my life and my time back! My family will always come first, but I need to put myself at a very close second!
I need to change how i look at this though. Instead of thinking I need to lose 15 or 20 lbs, I need to focus on what I can control - and that is what I eat and what I workout. So that is my goal for 2012!
As much as I would LOVE to see 115 on the scale, or 110....I would much prefer to consistently make healthy choices, and execise on a regular basis!

Im 32 years old, am a registered nurse, working 4 days a week. I have 2 kids - Zachary is 6 and Tyler is 3. I have been married for 8 years to a wonderful man who supports anything I chose to do!
Other Information:
I am getting back into my love for reading, as well as learning to become more organized in my home life!
