    Thanks for the link and that info - very interesting! I've bookmarked it. Most interesting - 60 minutes to lose weight 90 minutes to maintain lost weight but only 30 to maintain overall. Hmmm.... But I'm kicking it into gear this week, we'll see what my body thinks about that. Thanks again :)
