Introduction Text I look back at my years and think to myself, how did I manage to get to this. I use to always be a slim person and never had to worry about weight. But as I look back, I also remember how active I was. So now I know that I have to exercise or I am not going to lose a thing. I started on Sparks in 07. I have manged to maintain what I lost through Weightwatchers but now I want to go further. I want to see that scale register under 120 lbs. I am only 5'0" tall so that is a good weight for someone my height. So here I am again and this time I am going to acheive my goals.

My goal is to drop those last few pounds and be in that lower end of my healthy weight. I know that it will be healthier for me and be kinder to my joints...lol

I am going to pay attention to what goes in my mouth and try to avoid unhealthy foods. Plus I do know I need to exercise more. I have always had to exercise or my weight won't budge. .

Hello, My name is Edna and I am from N.E. Alabama. I am a single mom and have been for a quite a while. I work as a paralegal which can be a very stressful situation, so naturally I turned to food for comfort. That has got to stop.
