    Raspberries? My favoritest fruit...red, golden, black, and then the dewberry...oh my yes!! Grandma used to have me pick them in her garden sometimes for breakfast (not the flavorless things at the store), then have cream from the milk house, and honey from grandpa's bees. Thought I was in heaven! :)

    I'd recomment, if you like, to do as I do with SP: I follow guidelines pretty much as far as nutrition. If I go over, well...try to cut down a bit (emphasis there) the next few days and increase fitness (what there is of it...sometimes more, sometimes less) a bit (same emphasis, too).

    You might also consider the team "Laid Off But Staying Strong." The leader, Don, is a SP friend of mine, still.
