Hi I'm Ravyn. I'm new to Spark People & I hope that with Spark People & other's insight, I will be able to stay motivated & reach my goal! "CARBS" are definitely my problem. Five years ago I reached my WEIGHT GOAL (which at that time was 108 lbs.) & I felt great!!!...I maintained that weight for 2 years...Then I unbelievably gained it ALL back plus +++ more...The weight gain has mostly been in this past year & I feel so down & unhealthy! I really never thought it was possible for me to gain it back again... I haven't been at my current weight since my daughter was born (16 years ago). I am a "CARB BINGER" & I have problems with portion control. I know I need to get my eating back in control immediately & I hope this site will help me reach my goal again. I'm tired of my "YO-YO" dieting. The nutritional tracker helps, but it's just so hard to have to "START ALL OVER AGAIN." Thanks for visiting my page.

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
