I did my time and I want out


from my fat jail! I want to wear hot clothes, be noticed, and not die. I lost my Mom on 2/18/12 to diabetes and heart disease. I won't go out that way. It's preventable and starts with me. Me meaning no more complaining my genes make me fat, me not complaining society doing it, me not blaming everyone but myself, me saying its emotional blah blah blah. It is my fault, I put the food in my mouth and sit my big a$$ on the couch PERIOD!! I'm done blaming and now its time to rip it up!!

 Eating from all food groups and making sure I get some form of exercise each day.
