Introduction Text My name is Nola and this is my fifth year with SP. After a lifetime of taking care of others this is my time to take care of myself and lose the weight. Last year with diligent tracking of both food and exercise I reached my goal for that year. I reached my goal weight in August 2014 and have been able to maintain it until recently when I am finding it is starting to creep if I am not careful. This years goal is to recommit to exercise and movement.

2017 to recommit to regular exercise and movement and get my glow back.

I am following the SP Nutrition guidelines and fitness program worked out for me. I feel great and so much more flexible. I lean towards the Paleo and Mediterranean style of eating.

I share my life with my husband and best friend, Don, we have been married for 49 years. We live in Two Rocks, the most northerly suburb of Perth, Western Australia. We have 2 sons, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.

Don and I do lots of camping , Love the bush and mountains,and sea. I read a lot and do lots of crafty things. Gardening is also special in my life particularly vegetables.
