What is it about some small little graphics that are so darn thrilling? Do you make goals for yourself, like "I'll be to the next level by the end of the year"?? It's addicting, and is a big part of why I personally have had so much fun with SP! 3121 days ago

PASSIONATETIGER
I lasted three solid weeks on Medifast and then I couldn't stand to continue one more meal. I lost 7 lbs on it.
Since then I've taken another lb or two off and am holding my own with self care. I'm walking a lot and not night snacking. It feels so much better when food isn't in control of me.
I guess another month has gone by since I took over on my own. I did look into something called the No S Diet, and borrowed a book by the author. It's educational and that information has helped me unhook from my dependency. I haven't read far into the book but between it and online info I'm more grounded.
