Build this day on a foundation of pleasant thoughts. Never fret at any imperfections that you fear may impede your progress. Remind yourself, as often as necessary, that you are a creature of God and have the power to achieve any dream by lifting up your thoughts. You can fly when you decide that you can. Never consider yourself defeated again. Let the vision in your heart be in your life's blueprint. Smile!

The Lime team is just one of many teams (all titled by colors) in the Biggest Loser Competition that happens seasonally. We just finished the summer one, now have three weeks off, and then we start the fall one.

We have different challenges every week, where the goal is to show progress at our weekly weigh-ins. The teams compete, and every week there are stats posted. It is all about team comradery in our common goals.

If you have an interest, you should definitely consider joining one of the teams! Our lime team has all 25 spotsfor fall committed to, but I am sure there are still teams out there where they have room. Even when a team is full, you can join as honorary, although in my opinion it is not nearly as fun or effective since your stats really don't make a difference. You could try honorary just to be exposed to what we do and be a part of the challenges, and there are still expectations of you to fully participate. That's where I feel you would benefit more being on an actual team status where you get the full benefits.

Anyway, thanks for asking! Let me know if you have any more questions!
