Hi I am Rebacca I need to lose 60 pounds intend to do it with the SPARK PEOPLE I am 191pounds goal 130 pounds by next May.
. Was 196 when began here March,2007
I am so tired of the word obese looking for the day I

My Goals:
Five years ago I weighed 227 pounds with G ods help and guidence I came down to 199 pounds , I attained a weight of 130 pounds which I maintained about two years . Extreme stress and pressure came upon me and I regained, but God is lifting me up again through Sparkpeople and I am very aware that I need much prayer and wisdom to keep it off next time I have had a taste of







how good I can really feel Physiologically mentally and emotionally .

My Program:
 Giving up all refined sugar one day at a time and gave up red meat. food tracking

weight tracking walking 2 miles Day with Lesie Sansone tapes gaining much advice and great friends on this site.


Personal Information:
I am from Michigan and love all my new Spark friends Have added 30 minutes a day Lesie Sansone tapes really happy to be doing a mile again . I also teach children to draw in my spare time Micky Mouse and Minnie and Daisy and Donald duck even Sonic etc. I am a trained medical and psychological person am able to use all my training and love children and life .My God comes first though and has changed me from a shy ashamed of who I thought was a very bad person with no self esteem to one loves my neighbor as myself a wonderful feeling for one who shed shame and disgrace and put on His righteousness.Rebacca71

Other Information:
 My favorite book is the Bible Love comedies ,reading nonfiction, classical Old world History.

    I was at my moms all weekend and could get on,
    I was spending some time with my mom and was happy to do so now I am happy to be home lol
    Nothing beats our home right.
    I missed spark as well, having spark with drawels.
    I missed my team.
    I am home and am planning on working hard on myself to lose weight. and to get healthie today is the day.
    I need lots of help and I will help as well.Team work.
    Glad to be back to my friends on spark.

    I've let myself get discouraged as I've gotten busier the past week or so. I know once things settle down in my life (in another week or 2) then I will be motivated once again to work hard at losing the weight.
