Happy 2020!

I'm starting 2020 at the highest weight I've been since having my second baby in 2007. Woooo--I've got some changes to make. Each month, I plan to update my goals. Each day, I plan to track my nutrition to keep from overeating (and bingeing). Also, I've got to blog frequently to keep myself honest and accountable. Please feel welcome to read and comment on the blogs!

* Track every day and stay within ranges.
* Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
* Go for 1000 fitness minutes!

 Track daily.
Fit in fitness.

I'm Rebecca, a 44-year-old wife, mother, teacher, and martial artist from Wisconsin. I joined Sparkpeople in December 2010 and have since shared many struggles and successes with this amazing, supportive group.
