My goal is to lose 50 pounds...my ideal weight is 135-140 pounds
My Program:
My plan
1. My Plan is to Drink more water (8 glasses a day)
2. Eat less meat and more vegetables and fruits
3. Cardio Workout (3-days/wk)
4. Strengthening Workout (4-days/wk)
5. Detox often
5. Stay away from stress
6. Stay spiritually conditioned
7. Journal my eating and fitness program
8. Stay motivated with motivating friends
9. weigh in every sunday.

I'm from Arkansas, currently in Bowling Green, Kentucky
