Sept - 2019 - back at gym 3-4x a week, feeling fitter. Riding my bicycle on weekends! making healthy choices - down 6 lbs!
August 2019 - booked a trip to Grand Canyon and want to be healthy , fit in airline seat, not get winded when walking........I know how to do this, i can do this.
Lost 8 lbs last reset, then fell off the wagon
Reset Sept 2018 - didn't get back on track - yes all gained back now. I hate it. Having to find that motivation and groove!
May 2017 - Need to start back again - gained almost all back! Can't believe I did that, it was slow and I was in denial until the clothes got too tight and had to buy bigger ones that I threw away vowing never again! I am embarrassed and need to get going, but I am back here and know I can do it. One step at a time.
Jan 2014 - I maintained for over a year, then I got a bit lazy, stopped tracking, started eating a few more desserts, ice cream (my nemesis) just regular food and my clothes started getting a bit snug. I already got rid of all my bigger clothes, but now I am at the point where I would have to go shopping again for a bigger size! Ok that did it, I am back - 20 lbs have crept on. I want to get back to feeling great again. Here we go.

Updated Jan 2012 - down total 85lbs. Body keeps changing, looking better everyone tells me. The scale doesn't change but that is ok with me its the mirror and clothes fit that I love. I am continuing with working out and eating well. Bought size 9 jeans OMG! Clothes from last April are too big......which is a shame, but just means have to go shopping again.

Updated May 2011: After 1 year and 70 lbs down (woohoo), I am ecstatic about where I am, but now back from China and back to golfing and new trainer and more challenging workout at gym and joined gym at the office for ease of morning workouts. I am invigorated to keep it going. New goals to lose 20-25lbs, be a size 10, but more importantly : lose my muffin top, tone up and continue to be healthy and happy.

From Feb 2010: Around my 40th birthday, I woke up to the fact that I had been ignoring what I look like, not to mention my health. A coworker told me about SP as she used it to lose 50lbs and I checked it out. I had tried things in the past and just didn't stick with it. But something just clicked in my head, what was I waiting for, no one is going to do it for me. I had been avoiding pictures and planning some great travel vacations because I am just not fit. I want to feel good, healthy and be able to do more. I started SP on Feb 1, 2010 (my 40th birthday wakeup call).
Feb 15,I entered my true starting weight and it was even worse than I thought. But I was even more determined. I am not just "chunky" according to BMI I am obese. And after 3 weeks feeling good, eating much healthier, and going to the gym. And down 4lbs !
1 month in clothes feel slightly looser and look better. March 15 - down 12 pounds and bought 1 size smaller jeans! Woohoo!
April 5th down 20lbs - smaller jeans that bought above feel great and well are getting looser!!
April 30th - 30lbs down - woohoo! But now I only have 1 new pair of jeans and golfskirt that fit me.
June 25th-50lbs down - buying size 14 plus pants woohoo!
Update Jan 2011 - down 70 lbs! And have to keep buying smaller pants! Now a size 11 which are getting loose.

April 15 - fit into 1X tops. May 1, fit into Ladies XL.
April 15th - fit into size 18 jackets (done 04/11) and 18 pants (bought new pair size 18 jeans-3/13/2010
June 1, 2010 - fit into smaller black golf skirt-done April 11
20lbs lost - massage and spa day
25lbs lost - buy a new Coach purse -done May 8
Size 14 - buy a Lululemon yoga/workout outfit (as I cannot fit into one now) - stop shopping in Plus section. - bought XL top and size 14 pants June 20

My Program:
Starting all again.

Tracking everything I eat and making healthy choices. Portion control and eating lots fruits and veggies. 1300-1600 calories (usually 1300)
Date with gym 3-4x week with 60 mins on treadmill and least 3x week strength training

New personal trainer (March 8,2010) upped my strength training to include more "core" excercises and make me work harder!
Another personal training session 04/19 to take it up another notch. It is a tough workout!
June 2010 - I stopped tracking because I am now living it, I am golfing 3-4x week so not getting to gym as much but I am very active.

I love golf, love to travel , go to movies , I love any live sporting event/team - hockey especially.
I have a Coach purse fetish, I love them and have 13 of them.
