Dealing with stress


I have a lot of stress. Stress from my illness, stress from not feeling well, and stress from loosing weight. In order to relax I turn to my computer, or do some scrapbooking, which I really enjoy. I love to surf the internet on scrapbook supplies, or I also do one page of scrapbooking a week to try to relieve the stress.
