Hello- I am here for the third or fourth time, trying to find the courage to lose this excess weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I recently changed from a job where I travel constantly, to a job where I am at a desk most of the time and it sabotages my plan. I hate exercise and struggle to find where I will fit it in and enjoy it. That's a little about me - lets hear from you! By the way, did I mention I was a Sports Med degree holder? It's not like I don't know HOW to lose the weight, I just have a ton of excuses about why I can't!

Fitness Minutes: 1,150

My Goals:
My target: I'd like to drop 25 TOTAL pounds by by tax day April 15th. I will be updating my ticker to reflect this new goal!

To not only lose weight, but build muscle.

To make lifestyle changes as opposed to quick fixes.

My Program:
Exercise 3 days a week, at least 15 mins a day starting as soon as my body adjusts to it's new calorie range. Increase step count to 5,000 a day by the end of the month of April.

Keeping a food journal, tracking daily caloric intake.

Developing new eating habits.

Utilizing Body Gsopel exercise and Nutrisystem to "kick-start" my program.

February Goals:

Weight: Going to back this one down to 8 lbs for the month. 2lbs a week.

H2O - Drink AT LEAST 4 cups of water a day for 30 days. Here we go again!

Calories - track all food every day in my food tracker - regardless of whether I am going to make my calories or not! Keeping this one.

Health - Dentist in the next 30 days - Ummmmm ok

Read for motivation or pleasure at least 3 days every week. This keeps me from being a TV slug on the couch every night.
