My Goals:
My goal is to get back into shape and as close as I can to my original weight which my Master's took away.

My Program:
 Joined a couple groups here at spark and started back on running with my new adorably spoiled and energetic pup.

    Thank you for your comment on my blog. Do you mind if I add you as a Spark friend? Zumba really is the most fun I've ever had working out before. Its a high intense cardio workout that incorporates a lot of latin dance moves (and my instructor adds a lot of hip-hop too). I've been going to classes off and on for almost 2 years. If there are any classes close to you in Chicago I highly recommend checking it out.
