    Thank you so much for adding me as a friend. When I got started I focused almost solely on food and the exercise came a bit later. I would dabble here and there with home workouts like tae bo or just downloading a bunch of dance and line dance songs and jamming out all by myself. Low calorie/low fat was how I started and did that for the better part of 2 years. That's how I lost most of my weight, but a year ago I decided to switch it up. I was in a rut and I needed a change.

    I switched to low carb and this way of eating is a lot better and easier for me. I allowed myself more cheat days before and would plan my week around them. Now, I honestly can't remember the last time I had something "off plan". It's been at least six months. I haven't had a piece of bread, pasta or potato in over a year, and I don't feel deprived of anything. I couldn't have probably even done this in the beginning, but with the two years of discipline, I feel like I worked up to this. Keep pushing forward! I can't wait to see you reach your goals in this journey. Please don't hesitate to ask anything!

    I'm at home, too. Read my page and add me if you want. I'm on sp a lot but I'm going to exercising more and organizing my house, too. I'll still check a few times a day.
