Introduction Text I'm not good at the whole social media thing...oversharing makes me a bit uncomfortable. But I know I need more interaction with other people to keep me focused on weight loss so......here goes. 49 (still) year old mom to a 16 yr old boy and 23 yr old girl. I work a desk job so activity is always a challenge. I have an incredibly positive outlook to life despite all the curve balls thrown my way. Really feeling lousy physically these days and jumping in full force with trying to detox from sugar and get a better handle on my health. My own devised from calculating out my BMI and BMR and DAC and Macro percentages and all those numbers to figure out what I should be doing.

My kids are awesome. I love music and theater. I love beading and creating things by hand.
