I want to feel strong again
When I workout on a regular basis my eating patterns fall much more easily into place, I feel stronger, and more healthy. 10 years ago I lost a significant amount of weight and did things that I never thought that I would do. I want to feel that way again.

My Goals:
Lose enought weight to be able to do two of my favorite activities, raquetball and backpacking. To feel not self conscious about my size when I am in public. To feel like I can travel without making myself or others uncomfortable (plane seats are a nightmare!!!). 100 lb goal reward is an Alaskan cruise with my partner.
My Program:
My goals are to do 7 hours of cardio a week (one day off and two workouts another day), 3 weight lifting sessions, and keep my calories under 2500 a day. I know that I can do these things.
Personal Information:
I love so many things about my life, I want to love my body too. I have an amazing partner that I love completely, I have a job that I look forward to going to every day, and 4 years ago we bought our dream home with a sandy beach on Lake Superior.
Other Information:
I can't wait until our local vegetables start coming in up here in the frozen northcountry!
