Introduction Text I started this year very motivated but it fizzled out real fast, I just cant seem to get it together. I am determined this time to stay on track. MY sister in law recently has lost a lot of weight and it has made me rethink things a little. My first goal will be a small one and that is starting with my water I am going to try to drink the 8 glasses a day. I have no willpower but am detemined to make some changes. I am also going to start a good exercise program one that I can stick with. My friend recently started a spinning class and I would love to join but the gym for me is to far away and to much commute time so will figure something else out. I think the treadmill will be my starting point. Wish me luck this time around and hopfully I can stay motivated.

My name is Amanda and I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I am going to change that. I have 2 beautiful kids and I am going to get them healthy also. I am a farm girl born and raised and love the beautiful land around me. I love to read and work in my flower garden. A little country is the best way to describe me.
