My Goals:
Keep going as long as possible.

My Program:
 Walk most days, eat a diet somewhere between Pritikin and Medeterrania, spend less than I have coming in.


Personal Information:
I live in Palm Harbor, FL, which is in the Tampa Bay area, with my wife and two miniature Schnauzers. I am in my 20th year of retirement and am wearing a little around the edges. We spent the first 12 years on the road, but I finally got sick of not having a place to call home, so we bought a house again.

Other Information:
 I like books more than television, but do watch it. I also have three volunteer jobs and, with the house and yard maintence, I am as busy as I want to be.

    Thanks for stopping by my blog. I was totally on Medicaid, because I was on SSI. Turned 62 was part SSI and part SS. This took me by surprise. We are talking 1/7th of my income. I shall overcome.
