Introduction Text I'm in leeway for TOPS, but lately losing a little more.

Keep going as long as possible.

Walk most days, eat a diet somewhere between Pritikin and Medeterrania, spend less than I have coming in.

I live in Palm Harbor, FL, which is in the Tampa Bay area, with my wife and two miniature Schnauzers. I am in my 20th year of retirement and am wearing a little around the edges. We spent the first 12 years on the road, but I finally got sick of not having a place to call home, so we bought a house again.

I like books more than television, but do watch it. I also have three volunteer jobs and, with the house and yard maintence, I am as busy as I want to be.
