Introduction Text It is 2010 Ba by!!! I have been on my weigh loss journey for about 2 years now. I have lost 106 pounds. It feels so strange to say that but I HAVE!!!! I started a few months before my 25th birthday. I couldn't accept that I was going to be 25 and that I was huge. I started weiging in at 306 pounds. I have always been heavy but when I saw that I hit the 300's I was shocked into action. My first year I lost about 60 pounds. I just started eating less and trying to find healthy ways of eating without depriving myself to much. That worked. The second year I started exercising. I got a gym membership January 2009 and have been going ever since. I love the gym!! My time there is always leaves me sweaty and sore but feeling ALIVE. I work really hard and it shows. I lost about 50 pounds in 2009 also. So now this is the start of my third year and I have about 40 pounds to lose. I am not sure exzctly how many pounds I want to lose ( guessing 40 ) becuase I really dont know how I will look at 160. I do not want to be too skinny. I want to be healthy and HOT!! lol So here goes my 3rd year.........

My goal is to get to 160 pounds in 2010. I will go from there....

I eat small portions only when physically hungry and I sweat my butt off at the gym almost everyday!

I was born in Portland, OR but live in Bellingham currently.
