I have been trying to lose weight for years. The most I weighed was 310lbs. For 4 weeks I have been going through a lifestyle change and have lost 25lbs so far. My goal is to someday get back down to 240lbs. With a little luck and a lot of hard work I want to get there. The weight just doesnt come off like it used to so its a lot harder these days but I think I can do it.

My Goals:
My short term goal is to be under 260. My long term goal would be to be under 240. I am already in a size 38 pant which I havent been in for 9 years so it feels good but I have a long way to go.
My Program:
I have reduced my daily calorie intake from 2500-4000 calories to under 2000. I try to hit 1500 daily but that is very hard. I have fallen off the wagon a little but I try to eat a salad at lunch as often as i can and a sensible breakfast. I really suffer on the weekends though.
Personal Information:
I live in San Antonio Texas with my very supportive wife and 2 young children, 11 and 9. One girl one boy. I am a photographer by heart and a web developer by trade. I love to be creative and I miss the outdoors. I want to be in shape enough that I can take my kids on outdoor trips.
Other Information:
I love movies. Anything action related. I also like dramas. i enjoy reading but not as much as i used to. I really enjoy photography. I shoot semi professionally. I do alot of weddings and high school senior portraits. I really enjoy that part of my life and wish I could do more.
