Here I am ....
Hi Everyone, I'm a mother, wife, and work a full time job. I started my wellness journey in Feb. of this year, weighing in at 260lbs. Since I am loss 35lbs. I joined Sparkpeople because i needed help and the community sounded like the right place for me. i would like to be at 170 by MArch 201. After i reach that goal I will need to lose about 30lbs more to be consider healthy. I am doing this jounrey for myself and my daughter and I want to be a winner not a quiter.

I have three goals loss weight, tone my body, and maintain the results.
My Program:
As for my program: For right now i count calories and do a lot more cardio then toning . Just this week i have started on toning because i have notice that now is the time to start.
Personal Information:
I live in the great state of West Virginia, where there is endless outdoor things to do. I have two beautiful daughters (1 step-daugther and actual). Their ages range from 2 to 14, so I am also trying to find things to do with both of together since my step-daughter lives in Florida and we don't get to see her as much as we would like. Also have two furbabies dogs that are mix breeds and their names ar lady and layla.
Other Information:
I love coking, reading, writing poems, the outdoors,shopping, and spending time family and friends.
