Resolution Time....AGAIN


Well, here we go again, right? I gained 7 pounds over the holidays and have to start over again. But, I am taking the first steps today - getting motivated, updating my spark page and getting to the South Beach Online diet again.

Fitness Minutes: 60

My Goals:
I want to grow old gracefully and not have to take medications. To do that, I need to lower my blood pressure and my weight. To look great in a swim suit would be good too!

My Program:
 South Beach Diet and moderate exercise!


Personal Information:
I live in Missouri. I am an RN and I JUST COMPLETED my MBA! My husband is Paul and we have 4 wonderful kids - 3 girls and a boy, ages 14-17.

I have a new jewelry business - check me out on the web!

Other Information:
 I love to make jewelry, socialize, sing, read and play the piano. I go to lots of kid events and love spending time with my family.
