My Goals:
1. Tone my arms - bring on those sleeveless dresses
2. Maintain plank position for 2 minutes.
3. Walk, run or bike 500 miles in 2017.
My Program:
1. Mixing up my fitness activities with yoga, Pilates, walking, cycling and the gym.
2. 20 squats per day!
3. Trying to increase my activity level, minimum 30 minutes per day.
4. Interacting with other Spark People for motivation.
Personal Information:
I live on the beautiful Massachusetts' coast.
