That's not my first time on SP. 9 years ago I lost 30 lbs, but then I didn't think about changing my lifestyle, så I quickly gained back all that weight. Then I had a short stop-by for a couple of days, but I wasn't really motivated, so I just quit quickly. Now it's a bit different, because for the first time, I found an inner motivation and peace and I am ready to slowly work towards my goal (which is not losing 30 lbs, but become more active person who makes healthy choices. That's not my first time on SP. 9 years ago I lost 30 lbs, but then I didn't think about changing my lifestyle, så I quickly gained back all that weight. Then I had a short stop-by for a couple of days, but I wasn't really motivated, so I just quit quickly. Now it's a bit different, because for the first time, I found an inner motivation and peace and I am ready to slowly work towards my goal (which is not losing 30 lbs, but become more active person who makes healthy choices. Weight loss will come as a nice addition to my main goal, I hope :).
I believe that moderaton is a key to success.

min 8 glasses of water daily
office workouts during lunch break
Try to drink one smoothie (for breakfast or supper) each day.
Personal Information:
I love reading and I really enjoy tatting, crocheting, knitting. And making (and eating) good food. I am not really a super-acive person, but I am trying to do some trainig. I enjoy hiking, orienteering, skiing (cross-country and alpine).
Other Information:
Current BMI: 27,6 (20.12.2016)
GOALS FOR 2017:
Jan: BMI 27 (76.2) - REACHED jan 26
Feb BMI 26.5 (74.8) - Not reached. But I'm not giving up.
