Reclaiming the Real Roz
I turned 30 recently and realized that my approach to my life was so focused on what I was "supposed" to do and what I "should" do instead of celebrating and honoring who I really am. In that spirit, I'm developing my habits and honing my knowledge so that the changes I make to my life will sustain me, rather than guilt me into certain behaviors. I aim to listen to my body and soul and live my truest life.
Oh yeah, and drop a few pounds while I'm at it. ;)

1) Work out at least 5 times per week (any exercise for any amount of time)
2) Floss every day
3) Eat healthfully and ethically
4) Make time for myself
5) Listen to my heart
6) Live from the heart
7) Go outside every day, weather permitting
8) Always be learning and growing
9) Make my bed every morning
10) Make peace with today and start each day anew
My Program:
Mind:
~read regularly
~learn something new every day
~relax before bedtime
Body:
~regular exercise
~yoga
~get outside
~eat healthy, vegan, whole foods
Soul:
~journal regularly
~have faith
~practice mindfulness
~laugh often
~remember to ask for help
Wallet:
~manifest abundance
~live free from debt
~build savings
~live simply and make good consumer choices
