Oh my! Jealous! You have good weather?! Here, we've got strong wind and chilly weather, overcast & cold. So glad you took advantage of the nicer weather.
Well, weekend was good...crazy with kids...but good. Saturday I rocked the gym at 7AM to do some homemade circuit training that I made up on the spot. Looked like this:
10min elliptical Lift weights: arms & back 10min treadmill: running Lift weights: legs & butt 10 min + stationary bike
Also, today, on a Sunday even, I joined Weight Watchers. I'm doing great with workouts, but need extra face-to-face accountability with eating. I thought maybe a meeting with others & some tangible contact with books, trackers, people interaction, may do me some good for staying on target with food.
I love SparkPeople, but this physical in-person contact with others is not included here! So, I'm taking it to that level because in this season of my life I need it.
