My name is Jessica, and I'm looking to lose the weight that I've always wanted to lose.

I can remember being heavy all my life. I remember hating school recess because kids would always say, "Look out! Here comes EARTHQUAKE!". I thought of myself as fat back then. But a couple of weeks ago, I looked at pictures of me in elementary school, and I wasn't fat. I guess I became accustomed to being 'fat' so I let myself fall into it.

I used to enjoy sports when I was little. I loved to play basketball and softball, and I also enjoyed soccer. My parents moved my family around so much, when I was little, that it was hard to stay involved in sports, and I finally fell out of playing sports. I really want to lose the weight to be able to play sports again, and to be active and fit.

I've tried to lose weight in the past, but never like this. Of course, I've never had a lot of money, so it's all been on my own, and I would always get lost. I've tried the Slimquick pills before, but after a little more than a month of use, I became jittery, and I didn't like that, so I stopped. I'm here to lose it for good, and to be DONE!

- I'm DONE hoping someone will notice me for more than being big.
- I'm DONE fearing people judging me when I'm eating.
- I'm DONE getting awkward looks because of my weight.
- I'm DONE hating what I really want to wear, because it doesn't fit.
- I'm DONE with gaining weight.
- I'm DONE being unworthy of friendship.

Fitness Minutes: 1,853

My Goals:
- I will lose 100+ lbs
- I will drink at least 8 cups of water every day
-I will exercise every day
- I will eat no more than 1650 calories every day
- I will track everything I have had to eat every day, and not lie to myself about what I'm actually consuming
- I will learn to love myself
- I will lose enough fat to fit into a sexy outfit and not frown in disgust at myself

- I would like to lose around 110lbs by next year for my 23 birthday, and keep it off FOREVER!

My Program:
- Drink as much water as I can every day
- Eat breakfast every day, even if it's small
- Exercise every day, even if I can only make 10 minutes
- eat smaller portions
- remember it's not about feeling full, it's about enjoying the meal and not feeling hungry
- no mindless snacking

Personal Information:
I'm 21 years old, almost 22. Living in SLC. Looking to go to the club and love the way I look!
