    How cool! I was following Eat to Live as well! I was completely Vegan for about a month, but I started to get really bad muscle spasms in my back, and when I incorporated meat back into my diet, they went away. I still incorporate a lot of the eating tips from Eat to Live - water saute my veggies, organic when I can, etc. That is a great program too. I'm only on day 1 of The Virgin Diet, and I feel great. Had my shake for breakfast, a salad with ground turkey and black beans for lunch, and spaghetti squash topped with turkey picatta and tomato sauce. I feel very full and satisfied. I just have to remember my water! For exercise, I walk on my treadmill, do yoga, and Jillian Michaels 30-day shred. emoticon
