my name is Doug. On new years eve I decided i needed to do something about the shape I was getting in. I will be 45 this year and it was getting harder to do simple things. They offer a program through work so I went and weighed in .Much to my surprise I was at 212 pounds. My blood pressure was 160/94. New years resolution:weighed in at 212 pounds with high blood pressure. Main goal is to get to 145 -150 and maintain as well as get blood pressure to normal.
1st goal: lower blood pressure
2nd goal: 180 pounds
3rd goal:160 pounds
Final goal: to reach 145-150 and maintain
Starting BMI 33.3
Current BMI 27.8 4/1/12
1/1/2012 = 212
1/22/2012 = 200
2/26/2012 = 188
3/25/2012 = 180
My Program:
no program just eating healthier and exercising.I use the wii active program and walk. I love to cook so all the new recipes are as fun to make as eat.
