I am 67 years old. Have been obese all my life. Dieting is a way of life for me, not that I get anywhere, but I am always on a diet. In the past 5 years, my health has gone straight downhill. High blood pressure, sugar diabetes, high cholesterol/triglycerides and depression. I was on Spark a few years ago and I liked it very much. Re start in 2021, hoping it will be the year of success.

My Goals:
My short term goal is to get under 250 pounds. My long term goal is to lower my sugar, A1C, cholesterol, and blood pressure.
My Program:
I am currently counting calories. I stay within 1200-1600 per day. I am learning to watch my carbs, sodium, fats, and proteins. I have not started exercising yet, but I will.
Personal Information:
I have been married for over 43 years to the same man. We have two grown unmarried sons and live very quiet lives. We watch the Cleveland Indians play baseball.
Other Information:
I like to sew, shop, go on trips, and do crafts. I am a homebody for the most part though. I retired 6 years ago and have not been bored yet.
