Update: 08-01-2016
I've gained back some of the weight... I'm trying to focus on the fact that I kept over 20 pounds off for over a year. I have had NO interest in putting the effort in to get back on track and it's been a tough pill to swallow that I slacked. A few weeks ago I finally got back to the headspace where I can get back to this and am now heading into week 3 of just moving a little... paying a little more attention to food. I don't think that I'm going to be able to sustain full on tracking forever, so I need to find a path that I can sustain. I am hopeful.

I'm a long time Sparker that lost her way and is back with an even bigger challenge ahead.
I need to do this.. for me... for my life.. for my skiing... for my husband. It has got to be a top priority for all the other things in my life to keep working.
My last doctor appointment weighed me in at 302, by far the heaviest I have ever been in my life. Newly married "fat and happy" cannot be the resounding answer for my physique.. especially now that it is confirmed that I have high cholesterol like so many of my family members.
The biggest challenge for our customers at work is letting go of what they were doing before, to adapt a new strategy for their business. I gently encourage them to stay with what they have been doing if it is working for them; knowing full well that it is not working, and that is why they are talking to me. Accepting that prior failure, for lack of better word, is one of the biggest hurdles to face.
My previous strategy was not working. I need to adopt a new strategy if I am going to see a positive change.
I want to increase my profit margin in life. I do NOT want to settle for just making ends meet.
I'm going to say this one more time just for me, because this is turning point.
What I have been doing does not work to be healthy. I need to adopt a new mindset and approach to eating and lifestyle if I am going to be healthy. I need to do these things because I LOVE my body... not because I hate it.
This is my life. My only life. This is the body that I have, and it's time to start taking care of it.
