Welcome to the MN fat to fit team. Yep, sugar is my downfall too. I love my sugar. I hate rewarding with food, but with sugar, this sometimes helps (at least for me it does), If you go 3 days with a treat, you can go to your favorite bakery and have one treat on day four. Then start over again and if you are good for 4 days, then you can go. So on and so on. but make the treat worth while for waiting for. Good luck! let me know if you need anything.
