Been through a ton of stress in my life, in 2017 I took many steps to caring for myself and going for long abandoned goals in my life. Was an an amazing year.
I took steps to clear the clutter out of my life both around me and inside me. Truly has been a spiritual journey as well as physical. So much has happened I couldn't begin to tell it all here.
The "stats" of who I am.
I'm a 36 year old mom to 2 amazing kids that are truly lights in my life. They inspire me daily. I have one sweet angel in Heaven, she went home to the Lord when she was only 2 years old! I
miss her dearly every day.
Married for 17 years.
Far as weight goes, I'm looking to lose about 100 pounds.

My Goals:

Well I just restarted for the what feels like hundredth time on March 29, 2019. This has to be the last time I restart. My main goal right now, not give up. Keep going for more than a month.
My big goal is to get down to my goal size and weight of course which is a bit more than 100 pounds to lose from my original starting weight. Thankfully this last hiatus I didn't quite gain it all back, in the past 9 days I was able to get back down to where I was when I gave up last time I tried to lose the weight.
I don't know exactly what size and weight I will be when I switch to maintenance, but I just need to be comfortable in my own skin.
I also really want to dance en-pointe someday and to do that I have to lose all this weight. It is just something I never got to do before I married and I need to do it just for me. Maybe nobody but my classmates, teacher, and family will ever see it but I am doing it for me. I will get there!

My Program:
FitMum nourish eating plan. Exercise! I take ballet and tap classes, I walk, jog, and do various other workouts at home. Gave up alcohol over a year ago, if I were still enjoying alcohol I do not think I would be where I am today.
My fitness minutes may seem low but that is because I don't log them anymore. With the workouts I do and the eating plan I am on I haven't had to log anything and that is a relief.

If it weren't for my hobbies I would go crazy, I adore reading. I have depression and anxiety and getting out of my own head into a great fiction really helps me. I also knit, crochet, ballet of course (without it I don't think I would be trying so hard to lose weight), and I have a few other things I am wanting to learn to do. I am getting into sketching and plan on taking piano lessons soon.
I keep pretty busy homeschooling my 2 children and helping them along this rough patch of going through puberty. Their needs are changing and it can be very hard and it is a challenge to stay positive at times. But I just keep moving. On the worst days I just keep myself moving. I will tend to throw myself into cleaning. It is like a therapy session for me to get an area of my home super clean and organized.
