    Happy Monday!
    What are you going to do today to reach your goals? Today is going to pass you by no matter what. You have a choice. Are you going to take advantage of it, or just let it go by and get nothing back from it?

    Personally, I am going to burn at least 500 extra calories today, eat clean, and drink my water. Those are my small steps today to reach my goals tomorrow.

    emoticon Thank you for letting me join as a friend on your page. It is so awesome that you walked almost six miles yesterday!! Way to go!

    Walking is my primary form of exercise as I walk our dogs twice a day, usually. But I do it on the east side of the state, in the Tri-Cities, Richland, specifically. I feel fortunate that we live just half a mile from a trail along the Columbia River and it's pretty just about any time of the year. But, it's getting cold again. I really have to bundle up for the morning walks.

    Your attitude about having to deal with the pain is fabulous. Life is what we make of it.
