I am in here somewhere. I just need to uncover the old me...wait...the NEW me!
I want to get back to the gorgeous, vibrant, life-loving person I was 5 years ago. I want to LIVE to play with my baby boy, my little girl, and make my teenagers proud of me.
I want my husband to have the woman he married.
I want to FEEL good and recognize myself in the mirror!!

My Goals:
Want to lose 115 pounds in a year.

Want to fully LIVE!

Want to make myself and my family proud!


My Program:
So, what am I doing to make a 120 pound loss possible?

1. I have made a 52 week calendar at timeanddate.com. I figured out that I need to lose 2.3 pounds a week to lose 120 pounds.

2. I am cutting out dairy (already did a few weeks ago) and cut out added refined sugars (since yesterday) and reduced by 95% my wheat intake.

3. I am loosely using three books for food choices /recipes /and eating theory.
a) Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo
b) Volumetrics Eating Plan by Barbara Rolls Ph. D.
c) 30 Day Total Health Makeover by Marilu Henner

4. I am going to swim Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I will do treadmill and light weight repetitions Tuesday and Thursday. I will do Pilates or Yoga or walking the dogs in the evenings as I can fit it in.

5. I am continuing to get rid of "stuff" in my house. Purging myself of the need to keep "things".

6. I use sparkpeople.com now. I have been a member for over a year, bu
