    I know what you mean about stressful times in your life making it hard to be on track. I had a whole year, I swear, of mishap after mishap. At some points it was really hard to handle everything and ... take care of myself. The problem with that was that I didn't take care of myself. I started getting a virus every month or so that would last like 3 weeks. It was nasty. Just remember that when stuff goes down to at least get rest and take care of your health. It only gets worse if you are not healthy.

    On to other topics, do you want to join us in holding eachother accountable to our goals?
