Drink water today... not just 8 glasses but take your weight and divide it in half. the half is the number of water ounces you should be shooting for. sounds like a lot but it helps hydrate your organs, your mouth (for when you eat) and your skin. so for a 150lb that would be 75ounces of water. drinking that much water will help you stay off the diet soda. 1474 days ago
