Introduction Text Hi! I am an American,living in England .

I really want the real me to fit the mental image of the somewhat slimmer and fitter person I desire to be. I am not going to set unattainable goals,this time. Today I will watch my calories and take a little walk,tomorrow I may walk 2xs,as my arthritis and heart won't let me go far or for too long. I will try to exchange all my food in the fridge and larder for the" healthy options".I actually restarted 10 days ago,and it feels "right"

1500 calories a day,which includes 2 or 3 whey protein shakes.I will track every bite on my Spark Nutrition Tracker tool. Gradually add more movement/exercise,like walking and weeding....
