It is not how many times we fail, it is how many times we get up.
The journey of 10,000 miles begans with a single step.
I can log breakfast at least......fast break goal!
My page used to say looking fine in 2009....it is now 2012....uh...yeah....starting again. Completely new. Health and life have gotten together to kick my rear and make me pay attention. I can be at my goal weight by losing one pound a week for the next 38 weeks.

Yes it is hard to lose weight - but I would rather work on maintaining my weight as opposed to losing it. Make sense? It does to me.
