Hello, my name is Kelli and I have battled weight issues all my life. I have lost seventy pounds twice in my life.....once using Optifast and the second with Weight Watcher's. Unfortunately, food is comfort for me and I am a stress eater. In 2005, I took a stressful management position at work and succumbed to the stress by eating, eating eating. After resigning Jan 2010, I thought I could get my life back on track. A bout of pneumonia over the summer resulted in a bulging disk at L1 for which treatment with steroids has not helped. I have been advised to lose 100 pounds in order to get relief. Not an easy assignment when you are in pain around the clock, and all you want is a nice fattening meal to ease your woes!!! I work full time, am a mom of three, and will hit the big 40 this summer. I am hoping for a team that will keep me motivated, provide some accountability partners, yet understand that I am in a tremendous amount of pain and the steroids that I am currently on make me want to EAT even more. Exercise seems impossible right now, as I just barely survive an 8 hour shift at work. So, if you are a BLC-15 team leader and can match me to a team suited to my current status and needs, I would appreciate the match up.

My Goals:
1. hip problem causing pain. Now, what is it and how do I fix it?

2. avoid the urge to eat even though I am on high dose steroids

3. Track what I eat

4. Make better food choices

5. Find members of Orange Alpha Tigers that I relate too well

My Program:
1. Trying to eat 1200 calories a day.

2. Waiting on MD to diagnose cause of pain in hip and how to repair it........Appt Jan 20

Personal Information:
Trying for the 3rd time to get weight under control, now due to severe pain from bulging disk. Have professional career, 3 kids, and a husband who eats my total daily calorie allottment in his breakfast every morning. Hate to exercise cuz I am so tired (I know, I know.... do it you will feel better). Have yet to find a stress comforter that works better than FOOD

Other Information:
Want my team to know that I am in agonizing pain right now and challenges may not be doable at first, but I do want accountability partner. Am not a big social FaceBook and such, so I know posting three times a week will be a challenge for might get two words a post

    I got this this AM and instantly thought of you deserving one too! Once you've been given this award for a first time, you should paste it on the wall of 8 women (why 8? not sure, that's the rules as they were said to me... choose less if you really want to but, the more you give out, the more of your friends will feel special today and isn't that fun!?!) who deserve it.

    If you receive some in return, you know you're really beautiful! If you break the chain, nothing will happen (I hate those sort of posts like this which promise bad things and never pass those on), but it's always good to know someone thinks you're beautiful inside and out and don't you want your lady sparkfriends to feel beautiful today?
