Hey! I'm Cassie...a hard working, loving wife to the most amazing man, and mom to three wonderful kiddos. I was born and raised in southern California. I love the outdoors and can't get enough sunshine. Life is hard. Between Navy life, dealing with ex drama, kids, and just being extremely busy, there's not much time left in the day to take care of myself. It's taking a toll on me and I know I need to make a change. I've started back to a plant based, vegan diet and have lost about 10 lbs so far. I stared working out again. I feel better and can already see a difference. I'm a sparkpeople veteran. I am proud to say that I have lost 70 lbs with SP. I am also not so proud to say that that I've gained most of it back. I am on a new journey, and looking to get back to the things I love and the body I was comfortable in.

Fitness Minutes: 17,350

My Goals:
*lose 25 lbs by 3/1/13
*lose 45 lbs by 5/1/13
*lose 70lbs by 7/20/13 (healthy BMI)

*Walk the Tinkerbell Half Marathon on January 20, 2013.
*Hike Torry Pines at least once a month
*Run a 5k, 10k, half and full marathon this year
*Earn my new surfboard
*Go kayaking often
*Learn to SUP
*Do a sprint Tri this year
*Paint and draw more
*Kick soda
*Feel awesome in my swimsuit
*Keep my A's
*Take Sonya on many adventures
*Get out and meet new people







My Program:
I am sticking to a strict vegan diet. My meals for the most part are fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and a veggie, whole wheat packed dinner.

I drink a ton of water.

I swim twice a week for 90 mins.

I walk a lot for now. I plan to get back into running by following the C25K program. I will be setting up future running goals soon.
