I chose for my background Winnie-the-Pooh stuck and his friends helping him. This has always been a favorite story of mine. Thanks to all my SP friends for their encouragement and support. I will REACH my goal.

B) Weight ...... First is to get to 199 lbs, then 150 lbs

Monthly:
A) Weight .... lose 5-6 lbs

Weekly:
A) Walk 15-30 min 3x's
B) 2-3 days M.E. workout

Daily:
--Drink at least 8 cups of water
--Eat minimum of 5 servings of freggies a day

I am 60. I love the Lord Jesus Christ. I am happily married to a wonderful Christian man.

I have 4 children. (1 boy and 3 girls) The 3 oldest are married. I have 16 grandchildren. I homeschooled & graduated all 4 of my children.

I am in my 35th year as a daycare provider. I am a Colorado native.

I love to quilt, sew, cross stitch and read. I am a kiltmaker.

    Thank you for the details of your Morton's Neruoma.
    That is interesting your shots were dilute alcohol and the problem is mostly resolved. Some people told me of cortisone shots and others told be about surgery. It seems the surgery is quite successful in that you lose the pain and can return to the activities you did before without the pain, but also that you lose all sensation in that area. Mine is less painful at the moment, I'm still trying to decide whether to just rest it a while more and it might go away like it did the first time and then when I don't feel the pain any more, to just be careful not to re-activate it again by doing too much, putting too much pressure on the foot. That might mean no more long hikes, or long distance runs, or intense training on the rowing machine. But if I have surgery, maybe I could do the intense exercises again.
