Someone who is busier than me is running right NOW!!!
It was been easy to slip into less healthy habits over time. Luckily, my overall health didn't suffer, and the goal is to keep it that way. I've joined this site to make wiser choices for an even better future!
Update 6/23/2017: Well, I'm back after two years. Two pounds lighter, but at an average of one pound per year, I think I really do need to stick with Spark People!

My Goals:
To back pack through Europe with my family in a couple years.
To finish this next degree before it's time to collect social security.
To be a better example for my girls.
My Program:
Daily cardio & strength exercises, with lower fat & sodium counts in my nutrition plan. Hiding the Girl Scout cookies from myself in the freezer in the garage. Taking time to plan what I eat -- well, most of the time.
