Introduction Text ################# My Personal Motto: "MY CHOICE" (explained in blog dated 3-11-2010) 1-7-08: Hello, and welcome to my Spark Page. Ever since I can remember, I have been overweight. I never remember a time in my life that was not shadowed or overshadowed by weight issues. Even when I was a decent weight for a year or two of my life, I did not know it, and therefore, did not enjoy it. Join me in this journey and we will run the race together, cheering each other over the finish line; but we won't quit once we cross that line. 9-10-13 ~ To become a person who gets up early and gets things done. ~ To get up by 5am ~ To make a morning routine; my program below is what I am doing to become the person I want to be and to meet my goals.

~ Rising 15 minutes earlier each week until I get my wake-up time adjusted to 5am. ~ Getting dressed and exercising within 15 minutes of getting up, 5X / week. ~ Eat a high protein breakfast after morning exercise.

My name is Shannon and I live in South Central, Kentucky I am married, and have 3 children, 1 step-son and 2 grandchildren.

My favorite color is orange and I love to laugh.
