Well, here I am again. I am currently at 235 lbs. Still needing to get a knee replacement done but can't until I get my teeth taken care of. The holdup? No dental insurance and not financially able to pay. I think a wheelchair might be in my very near future.

My goals:
Weigh 150 by Dec. 2011
Have knee surgery to
lessen pain so I can start walking.
Get down to 150 by however long it takes.
Feel and be healthier.
No plus size clothing.
Look better/feel good about myself.
My Program:
Eat the right foods in the right amounts and stay within my calorie range.
Try to get at least some exercise each day.
Drink plenty of water.
Keep a positive attitude.

My name is Sharon and I live in PA. I am 65 years old, married to the same man for 45 years (in June of 2009), have 3 grown children, 2 beautiful daughters-in-law, and 2 wonderful grandchildren, Zachary (12) and his sister Ericka (4) and another granddaughter, Rylei (will be 1 in Feb).
