Hi there. My exercise schedule changes every month or two months. I used to just jog/walk outside to do 5K training and I also did zumba once a week. Recently, I did 10 weeks of cardio kickboxing 2 times a week and also did pilates once a week. Now, I am just doing 1 day of yoga and walking when I can. The cold weather is holding me back a bit because I prefer to be outside when I walk! 2647 days ago
